Stage-four restrictions have been introduced in Victoria but we’re still open and our warehouse is fully operational and processing and despatching orders every day. Our carriers, Australia Post and Toll DX Mail have both advised that there may be some delays due to:
- a significant increase in parcel volumes
- a reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights
- hygiene and social distancing requirements at parcel processing facilities
So, please allow an extra couple of days for your delivery.
